Huio Referral Program (Unified r2)

Huio proudly presents the Huio Referral Program (r2) to recognize active organizers and official sales partners who recommend our transparent and secure hui management solutions to the community.

1. Benefits and Commission Structure

• Monthly Commission Rates: 20% on the first payment for customers 1–9 within a month, and 25% from customer 10 onwards.
• 12-Month Prepaid Plan: Earn 10% on actual collected revenue (e.g. 480,000 ₫ on a 4,800,000 ₫ discounted annual plan).
• Quarterly Bonuses (for CTV Partners): Earn up to 1,500,000 ₫ in quarterly bonuses based on new active customers (10–19: +300k, 20–39: +800k, 40+: +1.5M).
• Eligible Revenue: Calculated exclusively on `subscription` line items in organizer invoices (`organizer_payments`). Does not apply to bank connector fees or participant transactions.

2. Requirements for Referrers

The program accommodates two participant roles:
1. Organizers: Must have paid at least 1 month subscription, currently manage at least 1 active hui group, and have a verified account.
2. Sales Partners (CTV): Approved by Huio administrators into the official partner registry (`referral_partners`), assigned a unique partner code, and eligible for quarterly performance bonuses.

3. Three Simple Steps to Participate

Step 1: Obtain your Referral Code & Link

• Navigate to Profile > Organizer Referral.
• Copy your unique 8-character code (e.g. `2K8X7M9A`) or your short link (`https://huio.vn/r/2K8X7M9A`).
• Share directly via Zalo, SMS, or social media.

Step 2: Print Poster for Bidding Sessions

• Tap «Print Poster / Export PDF (A4/A5)» directly on the Referral screen.
• The system generates a high-resolution poster with QR code and clear instructions.
• Toggle «Show your name on poster» so fellow organizers easily recognize you.

Step 3: Peer Registers & Enters Code

• The new organizer downloads the app or visits your referral link.
• They register and enter your referral code in Profile > Enter Referral Code (within 7 days of account creation).
• Upon their first subscription payment, your 20%–25% commission is automatically recorded.

4. Settlement, Hold Period, and Payouts

14-Day Hold Period: New commissions remain in Pending Hold* status for 14 days to account for transaction clearing and refund policies.
Available Status: After 14 days, the commission automatically transitions to Available*.
Refund / Void Policy: If the referred user's payment is refunded or voided, the associated commission is automatically marked as Void*.

• Minimum Payout Threshold: 100,000 ₫.

Note:* Accumulated commissions are securely logged and visible on your dashboard. Automated bank transfers will open once automated settlement procedures are fully deployed.

5. Anti-Fraud Safeguards

The system automatically rejects referrals under the following circumstances:

• Self-referrals (same user ID, same national chip-based CCCD).


• Matching payout bank accounts or matching the first 8 digits of phone numbers.


• Accounts registered more than 7 days prior to entering the code.
