Members Directory & Profiles

Participants (hội viên) are the foundation of mutual savings groups. The Members (Thành viên) tab in the Huio application provides a centralized contact directory covering every member across all your chains.

1. Unified Members Directory

• Smart Search: Search bar filters by member name, nickname, or mobile phone number.
• Add New Member: Tap + Add Member to import contacts from your mobile phonebook or create contacts manually.
• Summary Indicators: Each member row summarizes total active groups joined, counts of live vs dead slots, and current debt status.

2. Granular Member Profile & Ledger

Tapping any participant in the list opens their Detailed Profile Screen:

Here, organizers gain complete visibility into each member's standing:

A. Participation Metrics

• Total slots held across all groups.
• Breakdown of live slots (net savers awaiting payouts) vs dead slots (payout recipients paying back).

B. Net Balance Metric (Âm dương)

• Balance Formula: Balance = Live contributions paid − Remaining dead installment obligations.
• Positive Balance (+): Member is a net saver who has contributed more than they have collected.
• Negative Balance (−): Member has already collected payouts early and carries outstanding installment obligations. This metric empowers organizers to mitigate default risk and enforce safe borrowing limits.

C. Direct Communication Shortcuts

• Call Button: Launches native mobile dialer to phone the member in one tap.
• Zalo Button: Directly opens Zalo chat with the member to share collection bills or discuss period updates.

3. Debt Audit & Follow-Up

When a member carries unpaid arrears from previous periods, their profile displays an itemized list of overdue cycles. Organizers can trigger personalized reminder notifications accompanied by auto-generated VietQR payment codes.
